The most significant single problem dealing with plane routine maintenance technicians these days is employment. Damned close to 50 percent the work power is on lay-off! I too was gonna say Shitty ass offshore and imported offshore maintenance companies, The greed of the Corporate bigwigs trying to save a buck so they make more profit while risking safety.
